Good question. It really depends on how ready you are. We usually like to ask a few questions and understand your goals and what you want to achieve. Our process follows the same format - Agree on whether we are a good fit, sign some documents (NDA/SLAs and formal agreements), and then we set you up on our project management system before commencing the work. In terms of a timeline, we can get going within a day, but typically it take s a few weeks to get started.

We take a commercial approach to how we charge. We have a flat fee hourly structure, however, if budget is a concern we are also happy to work with you on performance-based pricing model. We usually charge on completion of projects, or by monthly intervals (i.e. if your project goes for more than 1 month, we'll charge you at months end for the work completed to date).
