CRM and Portal Basics

We will run an introductory meeting covering all purchased tools and work with the client in a structured and largely scripted meeting that is designed to connect all the relevant parts of their business to the portal, without going into solution mode or solving on the run. The key outtakes is to gently introduce the team, get to know the different parts and to make sure that they have connected their emails, calendars, branding and DNS to the portal.

Sales

For customers who have the Sales hub, we will run a deal stage mapping session, limited to one end-to-end deal stage. Working closely with the sales team, we will configure and design the deal process and show the team how that would work using the hubspot tool.

Marketing

We will work together to learn about your marketing team’s capability, brand history and business goals to develop a series of SMART goals that align with your budget, timeframe and complexity.

Service

We will work with you to develop an end-to-end customer journey map and align this with the Hubspot platform, paying close attention to opportunities to bring this into the specific Hubspot Service tools on your platform.

Our Hubspot sales approach follows HubSpot’s  recommended “Objective-based onboarding” process (OBP), where we identify the goals of an organisation, rather than specific tactics and work across a number of tools and features on the platform.

Please note, given the range of complexities we limit the number of hours permitted for each project to 8 hours.(note, each project is limited to an initial max 8 hours of scope)

Marketing

Tactic-based projects

Marketing can be complex, which is why we have flipped it from being about objectives to being about tactics. It’s near impossible to accurately quantify the complexity of a marketing objective, but fairly easy to allocate time towards tactics, like setting up social media accounts, drafting blog posts, building landing pages, and creating end-to-end campaigns. That’s why we developed our tactic-based approach to work towards the usual marketing goals (traffic/conversion/sales).
